Safeguarding — a concern about a child’s safety

Patrick is loop’s named safeguarding contact. If something in a lesson worried you — anything a tutor said or did, or anything about how a student seemed — contact him directly, by phone if it is urgent. Every lesson is recorded, so a concern raised within 90 days can be checked against what actually happened.
If a child is in immediate danger, call the Police on 111 first. Tell us afterwards.
Tutors
Same address. Questions about your application, your practising certificate, availability, payouts or a lesson that went wrong all go to patrick@loop.study.
Where we are
loop is based in New Zealand, and every tutor on the platform holds a current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand — we check the number before anyone is allowed to teach. Lessons are online, so there is no office to visit; email or phone is the fastest way to reach us.
