Real teachers, checked by hand
Every teacher on loop is registered with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand and holds a current practising certificate. We check the registration number against the public register ourselves — and we keep checking. A teacher whose certificate lapses stops receiving students that day.
You can see what happened
After each lesson you get a written report on what your child worked on and where they got stuck — read by a person at loop before it reaches you. Every lesson is recorded too, so if anything ever concerns you we can go back and look.
Pay for what you use
$30 for a 20-minute lesson, GST included — one price, known before you start. No subscription and no minimum. If nobody picks up your request, or a lesson fails in its first five minutes, there is no charge.
Built for the way it actually happens
Homework panic does not schedule itself. There is no booking, no calendar and no waiting for Thursday — you ask, and someone qualified is there.
What loop isn’t
- Not a subscription. You can use it once and never again.
- Not a marketplace of strangers — we choose who teaches.
- Not a replacement for school. It is the twenty minutes that unblocks tonight’s homework.
One lesson tells you everything
Nothing to subscribe to and nothing to cancel. Read the report afterwards and decide for yourself.
